the past week or so ...

It's been getting colder but have had a few nice days lately so we've been trying to take advantage and get outside. I really am dreading winter and don't know what I'm going to do ... I hate going out in the cold, wet, snow but I'm sure Hailey will go stir crazy inside all day which will make me go crazy!

I feel like we always say this but Hailey is getting so fun and can do so many new things I swear everyday she learns something new! She also is getting to be lots more work now and so hard to keep entertained ... she's demanding because she knows exactaly what she wants.

Hailey is so into babies right now ... and I'm officially sad I never have been one to get depressed by how fast she grows I just love everything new she can do ... until she has started this baby thing whenever she sees a real baby or play babies and she calls them "baby" it tuggs at my heart a little she's so not the baby anymore!

Mom got to take a break and go to a jazz game with Jenni (and little Brielle, who's way into watching her Daddy play to take a picture) it was so fun I love going to games with Jen ... so keep the invites coming ; )

Halloween was way fun this year! We have been wanting Hailey to be a penguin since we knew there'd be a Hailey and we think she turned out pretty cute! (Thanks mom for making her costume so perfect)
Grandma and Grandpa Mills came down and we had some chili with the Argyles and Nymans and then the trick-or-treating began. Hailey caught on pretty quick ... she always wanted 2 pieces though one for each hand and by the end would even put it straight in her bag! We only made it about one block but that's plenty for her! Halloween is so fun with a little one!

A little late I guess they'll only be out a few nights ... but we carved some pumpkins tonight with the Leonards. It was fun and I think they turned out pretty good! We roasted the seeds too ... mmmm

Hailey is getting so big

I seriously can't get over it ... she is so not a little baby anymore! But we are totally obsessed with her ... she truly is everything to us and makes us so happy.

she is the best but weirdest eater for a baby she loves

diet coke(I know I know)

she is all over the place now and will even walk backwards

She is an awesome talker and knows so many words I love it

its cutest when she calls for Buddy

her Aunt much to her dad's dismay taught her to say

"no,no,no" and shake her little finger as she does it

shakes her head yes or tells us no when we ask her a question

is starting to really love to watch movies ... she calls them moo moo

she loves to give Buddy treats and if I don't get her one

she'll feed him his dog food one piece at a time

Seattle again

We took another trip to Seattle this time my mom and I drove and then Hailey and I flew back. Hailey was awesome in the car thanks to the portable DVD player! We stopped in Goldendale to visit the Johnstons ... it was lots of fun!
